Accreditations

ANUK/Unipol National Code accreditation

Urban Student Life operate to conform with the ANUK / Unipol National Code, which is designed to regulate and bring large student landlords into line to deliver a distinct set of standards to students. Accreditation schemes are voluntary schemes that good landlords join to demonstrate that they provide good quality accommodation. Whether you are just collecting your keys or are already living with us, we want you to be fully aware of our active membership of the Code and our strict responsibility as a Member to consistently meet the standards the Code sets. We also want to clearly emphasize the significant benefits of Code membership for our occupants, which guarantees a high-quality living environment and peace of mind. The ANUK / Unipol National Code is fully supported by Homes for Students Limited, which is a member of the Committee of Management and partakes fully in the complaints procedures of the Code.

Support

Supporting Student Minds

We’re so proud to be a corporate partner for Student Minds, the UK’s leading student mental health charity who’s main focus is to transform the state of student mental health! By working with Student Minds, we can further support our students across properties and learn key insights into student mental health in general. Together, we can battle the stigma of mental health and get people talking. It’s okay to not be okay.
